Hire Terms and
Conditions. |

|
Reservations are accepted
by us at Swan Lake on the following conditions: |
|
|
For booking made, a deposit
of £80 is payable, the balance being due on key collection.
Deposit must be paid no later than 7 days on provisional bookings; failure
to do so will cancel booking. |
|
|
|
Any cancellations must be
in writing, the deposit is then forfeit. |
|
|
|
Lettings start at 2pm on
the day of arrival and end at 10am on the day of departure. |
|
|
|
Short lettings are taken on
availability. Prices on application. |
|
|
|
The hirer is responsible
for any damage or breakages that might occur. Minor breakages are not
normally charged for. |
|
|
|
The use of amenities is
entirely at the users risk and no responsibility can be accepted at all
times for loss or damage of visitors belongings. We advice clients to
ensure supervision of children at play, especially around the lake. |
|
|
|
In no circumstances may
more than the maximum number (as stated on the booking form) occupy a
property, except by prior agreement. We reserve the right to refuse
admittance, if this condition is not observed. |
|
|
|
The hirer is responsible
for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of it, all
equipment, utensils, etc, must be left clean. The property must be left
clean and tidy at the end of the hire period. |
|
|
|
No pets are allowed. Under
no circumstances are dogs to be walked on the park or around the lake. |
|
|
